With each purchase of Kompoocha, a portion of the profits goes directly to local animal rescue. We work closely with many 501c3 animal rescues to fund surgeries, pay for care, and even provide the necessary funds to get an animal off the euthanasia list and into safe and loving arms.

Below are some of the dogs we were able to help recently.

CHAI

It took a village to save Chai but he was so worth it. Chai was placed on the Riverside County Shelter euthanasia list with hours to spare. He was so fearful. A rescue from NorCal reached out wanting to take him but had no way of getting to him. Kompoocha Brewing offered to pay for his transport up to NorCal while another generous heart provided him temporary shelter until his move. With no time to spare Chai was saved and within a few days he was in NorCal awaiting his forever home, which didn’t take long. Chai is currently living in NorCal with his loving forever family.

SPARKLES

Sparkles, formerly known as Xena, was taken from the Riverside County Shelter moments before her euthanasia at only 9 months old! We were able to provide the remaining funds required to guarantee her safe transport out of the shelter and to her rescuer in NorCal where she has since been adopted by a loving family.

NESQUIK

Nesquik was found as a stray by the amazing people at Mary S. Robert Pet Adoption Center. During his time there we had the opportunity to sponsor his care and hopefully adoption during one of the center’s adoption events. Unfortunately Nesquik did not find his forever home during that time or for some time after. We reconnected with Nesquik a couple of months later to take him for a “doggy date” and learn more about him. What we learned was that this guy loved adventure. We had an amazing time with him and just a few days after he was adopted by a local family.
